Has extensive expertise in handling intellectual property matters for both Brazilian and international companies, ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to multinational corporations. He supports the protection and defense of clients’ interests through representation before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI).
Bruno’s work includes conducting searches, drafting legal opinions and cease-and-desist letters, negotiating agreements, preparing related contracts, and providing legal advice on the registration of intellectual property with the INPI. He has significant experience in matters involving patents, industrial designs, and software, particularly in assessing the patentability of inventions and innovations across all technological fields within Brazil.
In addition to his national work, Bruno is highly skilled in the development and monitoring of invention patents and utility models abroad. This includes managing international patent filings under the Paris Convention (PC) and the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
He is also recognized for his expertise in managing trademark and patent portfolios for large corporations, developing tailored strategies to protect intellectual property rights in line with each client’s specific needs.
