I am an associate lawyer specializing in trademark law in Brazil and abroad. Throughout my career, I have worked in prestigious law firms and companies, providing assistance in all stages of the trademark process, from conducting feasibility analysis of chosen marks to overseeing the examination process. I also handle matters such as transfers, assignments, mergers involving trademarks, as well as trademark disputes. With years of experience, I have built an extensive network of contacts with foreign agents, enabling the exchange of trademark demands between Brazil and other Latin American countries. Since March 2022, I have been pursuing a specialization course in Intellectual Property, Entertainment Law, Media, and Fashion at the ESA (Escola Superior de Advocacia da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – São Paulo Campus), which will be completed in 2023. I have been working at BVA since June 2022, focusing on trademark matters in Brazil and abroad, as well as patents and technology transfer agreements.
