Juliana has around 20 years of experience in strategic and advisory litigation, with a focus on Intellectual Property, technology, media, and innovation. She has worked on significant cases involving public enforcement on digital platforms, patent infringement, unfair competition, and the protection of intangible assets.
In the advisory field, she provides counsel on contracts, legal opinions, and advertising compliance, with experience working with CONAR and companies in the technology, retail, entertainment, and e-commerce sectors.
She is certified in mediation and arbitration by the Institute of Mediation and Arbitration of Brazil (IMAB) and is a member of the Mediation Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Queen Mary University of London.
