Karen Araújo

Karen Fernanda Araújo Silva has 12 years of solid experience in labour and employment law, advising companies across a wide range of industries. Her practice encompasses both contentious and advisory employment matters, assisting clients in developing strategies and making decisions related to employment relations.

On the advisory side, Karen assists companies with matters involving the hiring and termination of employees and executives, compensation and benefits, working hours, changes to employment terms, internal policies, restructurings, and individual and collective negotiations. She also advises on the assessment and prevention of employment-related risks and develops legal strategies tailored to each client’s specific needs.

In employment litigation, Karen develops and implements strategies for individual and collective claims, as well as administrative proceedings, handling matters at all stages and levels of jurisdiction.

Karen is an active member of the Labour Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), 33rd Subsection of Jundiaí, São Paulo.
