Anete Brasil de Moraes Mathias has over 10 years of experience in labor law, advising both national and international companies from various sectors. Her practice encompasses both litigation and advisory work, assisting clients in strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.

In the advisory field, she provides support in structuring competitive compensation packages aligned with corporate objectives, as well as advising on various labor-related issues. Her work includes drafting legal opinions, Due Diligences/Audits, contracts, amendments, and terminations, in addition to conducting meetings and providing direct client service.

In litigation, she drafts legal documents, represents clients in labor hearings, provides oral arguments, maintains contact with representatives and witnesses, negotiates settlements, and manages the update of case management systems, ensuring precise and strategic communication.

Additionally, her practice extends to defending companies before regulatory bodies such as the Public Labor Ministry (MPT) and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MTP), reinforcing her expertise in the prevention and resolution of labor-related disputes.
