A specialist in executive compensation and short- and long-term incentive plans, Luiz Gustavo provides strategic guidance in structuring competitive compensation packages that align with corporate objectives. His advisory expertise includes navigating labor issues related to mergers and acquisitions, hiring executives and directors (both domestic and international), employee transfers, benefit harmonization, and conducting individual and collective negotiations.

In labor disputes, Luiz Gustavo represents clients in administrative proceedings and litigates both individual and collective actions.
