Cibele Florencio Gonçalves is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the areas of Intellectual Property, Contract Law, Corporate Law, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), Compliance, and Regulatory Law.
She provides strategic legal counsel to companies in the technology, fashion, pharmaceutical, chemical, agribusiness, automotive, and education sectors. Her work includes the national and international management of portfolios of trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyright registrations, software, and domain names. She also advises on compliance with international treaties and legislation.
Cibele has solid experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating trademark license agreements, assignments, technology transfer agreements, and partnerships with universities and research centers. She works with advertising self-regulation (CONAR), sector-specific regulatory law, and consulting projects in Intellectual Property, Life Sciences, and Technological Innovation, with a focus on building business plans aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
She is a member of the OAB/SP, ABPI, and ASPI, and serves as Chair of the Intellectual Property Commission at IBREI – Brazilian Institute for the Development of International Business Relations.
