Extensive experience in corporate law and commercial contracts, with a strong track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements. His background includes practicing at leading law firms in São Paulo and serving in the in-house legal departments of multinational companies, supporting operations across South and Central America.

A member of the Technology Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), he has extensive experience advising on company formation and the structuring of new business ventures, having supported transactions in the technology, services, consumer goods, and real estate sectors. He has a proven track record of advising Fortune 500 companies, providing strategic legal counsel to executive leadership on business expansion initiatives and regulatory compliance.

He previously served as Head of Legal for Latin America at a multinational technology company, with a particular focus on the semiconductor, software, and hardware industries, leading the company’s legal strategy across the region. His practice includes drafting and negotiating technology agreements, including software licensing, SaaS, cloud computing agreements, research and development partnerships, technology transfer agreements, and international distribution agreements.

He also has significant experience advising on public and private procurement processes involving technology infrastructure solutions, from bid review and tender analysis to legal support in administrative and judicial proceedings.

He has extensive Legal Operations experience, having led initiatives focused on legal process optimization, technology implementation, performance metrics, and the operational modernization of legal departments. His Legal Operations practice also includes the implementation of artificial intelligence in legal workflows and the use of legal analytics (jurimetrics) to support legal and business decision-making.

He currently manages teams of dozens of lawyers embedded within the legal departments of major corporations, building high-performing legal teams aligned with each client’s strategic objectives across a wide range of industries. Recognized for his strong track record in legal risk management, he helps clients drive business growth through practical, results-oriented legal solutions that balance legal protection with commercial objectives.

He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and serves on its Technology Committee.
