Paola Juarez Macedo

Paola Juarez Macedo is a lawyer specialising in civil litigation and arbitration, with a focus on civil, corporate and commercial law.

She has strong expertise in dispute resolution, representing the interests of domestic and international clients in highly complex matters, particularly those involving corporate and contractual disputes.

In addition, she is active in advisory work, providing specialised counsel in pre- and post-litigation phases, as well as in crisis management. Paola has extensive experience advising clients across the construction, real estate, financial services, services, e-commerce and technology sectors.

She is also an active member of the Civil Procedure, Arbitration, Business Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committees of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB-SP), where she contributes to initiatives aimed at enhancing technical standards and developing solutions aligned with the evolving demands of the legal and business environment.
