Willyam has over eight years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, and the startup ecosystem, advising investors and public and private companies in complex, strategic transactions.

His practice focuses on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment rounds, and corporate reorganizations. He has strong expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and corporate documents, as well as leading legal due diligence processes in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
