Her practice also includes continuous monitoring and adaptation to legislative changes, with a current focus on Brazil’s Tax Reform. Her recent role as Tax Director provided her with strategic management experience and leadership skills, always oriented toward delivering results.
Janaína also has experience in structuring Legal Ops and Legal Controllership departments, developing capabilities for process innovation and optimization, thereby enhancing her ability to integrate tax solutions efficiently within organizations.
