In college, participated in the Center for Studies in Intellectual Property and Digital Law (NEPIDD) at PUC-SP, wrote and presented the Scientific Initiation entitled “Consumers’ data protection in personal information database and registries in Brazil with the advent of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data” and participated as researcher and writer of memorials on the PUC-SP team at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (2020/2021). Before joining BVA, she worked in other law offices in the civil, family and arbitration areas.
At BVA, she adquired knowledge in the Intellectual Property and Marketing Law practices through the advisory of national and foreign companies from various areas of the industry, in matters related to trademark protection, copyright, software and licensing and the structuration of advertising campaigns and commercial promotions. She acts in IP administrative procedures before the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), as well as in judicial and extrajudicial demands related to Intellectual Property.
