Management of large trademark portfolios. Client service, handling a high number of demands. Advisory and administrative litigation of trademarks: drafting all petitions related to INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property), writing opinions for national and foreign clients.

Surveillance services: against the misuse of trademarks, designs, and patents; notifications regarding trademark, patent, and copyright infringement; negotiations with third parties and agreement drafting.
